Fixing Up Your Finances for the New Year

Now that you’ve eaten your fill of turkey, fought off shopping hordes on Black Friday and did your good deed by shopping at a small business on Saturday, it’s time to begin winding down your finances for the year.

The end of the year is a perfect time to begin taking care of financial matters that you might have been pushing off for the entire year.  Have you updated or thought about your will?  Have you checked how your retirement accounts have performed?  what happened to all of the credit card offers and bank statements that you’ve received all year?
